I’ve explored various frameworks and ideas in systems thinking and complexity science, but Critical Systems Heuristics (CSH) is one I continually go back to. CSH has a simple yet powerful set of 12 questions that always push me to be more reflective and clear-eyed as a professional and as a human being.

CSH challenges our assumptions, and its made more powerful when you include diverse perspectives, especially from those often unheard.
